Joe has performed and recorded multiple genres throughout his career including rock, pop, metal, and country; both covers and original material. He started playing live with professional bands in the Philly/New Jersey area in 1983 while still a Junior in High School. He has also performed in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the mid 90's.   Joe continues to perform live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area as he has for the past 25 years. He is currently playing keyboards and vocals for the local Minneapolis bands "Muddcat Melby" and "Just4Kix" as well as filling on part time with other local bands in the Twin Cities. Joe has released solo albums in 2007, 2022 (including a Christmas album!), 2023 and 2024. He also participated in Season 3 of The Voice in Los Angeles in 2012.  Joe's 2025 album release is titled "North Star Harmony": a collection of 12 songs featuring 12 women singers from various bands in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area as well as a few local guitarists.
